I am Certified RYT-200 Yoga Teacher, Certified 50HR Meditation Teacher, Certified 50HR Yin Yoga Teacher.

Yoga and Meditation have been transformative for me, providing me with invaluable tools to navigate the challenges of life. Through the practice, I have learned to manage stress, release tension, and cultivate a greater sense of joy and peace.

Teaching Yoga is my passion to share benefits of Yoga with others, guiding them towards a more balanced and harmonious existence.
